David Fortner (VP, Sales)

David Fortner, Vice President of Sales for Bibby Financial Services, has been involved in factoring for over 15 years. For the last 7 years, David worked for GMAC Commercial Finance as an International Account Executive. David managed a $170 million portfolio of export and direct import clients. Prior to this David worked with Bank of America and NationsBank where his jobs included Credit Manager, Trade Finance Specialist, and Accounts Receivable Specialist.

David is Factors Chain International certified, Moody’s credit training certified, and has a strong working knowledge of credit insurance and factoring. He is a member of the Commercial Finance Association Atlanta Chapter.

When not working, David enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and community outreach.
