Donald Brown (Business Development Officer)

Donald Brown joined Bibby Financial Services’ Southwest team based in Dallas, Texas, in September 2007. In May 2008, Donald celebrated BFS's grand opening of the new marketing and operations center in his hometown of Houston, Texas. Donald began his career in the commercial finance industry in 1997, working then and now with companies that have been unable to obtain adequate credit facilities in the traditional banking environment. He was previously employed by Capital Tempfunds, Evergreen Funding and Wells Fargo Business Credit.

Donald earned his Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in 1989. He has been married since 1993 and has two sons ages ten and six. Donald’s family has lived in Houston since 2000 and maintains many close relationships in Corpus Christi, Texas and the Rio Grande Valley of Texas where he worked in his family business prior to beginning his financial career.

Liz Castillo (Business Development Officer)

Liz Castillo joined Bibby Financial Services Southwest in 2007. Ms. Castillo brings over thirteen years of accounting and executive experience in corporate finance, business development and professional sales. Liz is fluent in both English and Spanish. Prior to joining the Bibby Financial team, Ms. Castillo was the Houston Loan Officer for ACCION Texas, the largest small business lender in the United States. This marked her entrance into the full-time realm of financial and business consulting specializing in entrepreneurship, microfinance and economic development. Liz is a high-energy individual who is committed to providing unparalleled customer service and maintaining exceptional client relationships. Liz firmly believes that “nothing is beyond your reach.” Ms. Castillo is a native of Texas and currently resides with her family in Houston, Texas.
