Turning Accounts Receivables Into Cash
This is an easy process. For your initial funding you can either;

The initial funding process, from receipt of application, normally only takes from three to seven business days depending upon the size of your business and the complexity of the facility.
After your initial funding you will get the advances against your verified receivables within 24 hours.
Accounts Receivable Funding
This works by Bibby purchasing your receivables and advancing you up to 90% of the verified invoice value as per the agreement established between us. We can structure these transactions in two ways at your choice;
- Discount Pricing; This is where you have the advantage of a fixed percentage pricing for a certain period of time of the receivable remaining unpaid. This has the advantage in times of changing rates of giving you certainty over the costs of your facility.
- Availability Pricing; You will have a one time administration fee charge on you receivable to reflect the service we provide and then a prime plus a set percentage rate charge to the funds you use. This has the advantage of you being charged for what you use. So if there are times when you do not need to fully utilize your facility you will save significant amounts in fees. Few of our competitors offer this alternative pricing on this basis.

- Purchase Order Finance – our Purchase Order Funding Program can provide you with additional working capital to fulfill your customers’ orders. It works alongside a receivables funding program and can help you with orders sourced domestically or from overseas. It requires a confirmed order from a credit worthy customer and we can guarantee or pay up to 100% of your suppliers invoices. Our purchase order funding program consists of:
- Direct Funding: we can pay the supplier direct and take ‘ownership’ of the goods.
- Bank Letter of Credit: a commitment to pay backed by a bank institution primarily based upon the supplier providing the correct documentation.
- Bank / BFS Standby Letter of Credit: as above but guarantees payment from the client to the supplier. Both Letters of Credit are governed by the regulations of the Internation Chamber of Commerce.
- Supplier Guarantee: a commitment by Bibby to pay cash generated from the receivable direct to the supplier.
- Export Finance – Bibby Financial Serives is a professional, global financial services provider with businesses based in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Poland and Australia. In addition to this network we also have an International Division with a specialist team of international receivables management professionals covering 14 language skills. No other US based receivables funder can match this network and skill base. Therefore we can consider funding your credit worthy export receivables like no other of our competitors.
