- paying the supplier directly for the goods

- providing a Supplier Guarantee
But what does this mean in practice? Our purchase order finance facilities always walk alongside our receivables funding facilities. When the goods are shipped to you when can provide direct payment for those goods to the supplier or provide them with the comfort of either a Supplier Guarantee or Letter of Credit. Once the goods are received and the receivables billed our receivables funding facility will make the advance relating to the purchase order funding or to pay the supplier in the case of a Supplier Guarantee or Letter of Credit and any fees for the purchase order funding / facility. On collection of the receivable we will refund to you the unadvanced amount less a small fee for the receivables funding.
Alternatively if a supplier guarantee or Letter of Credit is required we can also provide those facilities.
