- Bibby Fuel Card All of our transportation clients are eligible for our fuel card program. You can choose to have your funds loaded to your account partially or in full. It is accepted at over 5,400 locations across the United States and Canada. You can also access your funds through ATM's, and issued PlusChecks™ can be drawn where the fleet fuel card is not accepted.
- Online Debtor Approval System This pre-approved customer network contains over 10,000 records of shippers and brokers and can act as a lead source. It also allows for the review of your customers' current dilutions as well as their historical payment trends.
- Permit Services You and/or your drivers will, from time to time, need to purchase permits, fuel permits, trip permits and oversize/overweight permits. You can either apply for these online or call our toll-free number and we will fax the permits to you once we receive them.
- Start-up and Compliance Services If you are just now getting started, we can help you apply for your MC number, DOT number, BOC-3 filing and MCS 150 update. We can help you become incorporated and can assist you with driver log auditing, drug testing and more. We can also help keep you in compliance with fuel tax reporting and driver log auditing. - Discounted Shipping Rates Our clients receive discounted overnight shipping rates to reduce teh costs associated with sending in freight bills. This is just another way we try to save you money and provide you with more working capital for your company.
- Driver Documentation Drop Off This service gives you the ability to drop off delivery documentation drop off at truck stops. It is then scanned overnight and the images delivered through your online access. This can cut days off the funding cycle.
- Discounted Insurance Services Through our partners, we can give you access to discounted insurance programs. These include long haul trucking insurance and cargo container insurance, primary liability, non-trucking liability, physical damage, workers' compensation and occupational accident.
