Leadership Development Manager


This position is responsible for the overall management of the design, delivery and facilitation of enterprise-wide learning and development programs to include, but not limited to, management & leadership development, targeted learning solutions that meet specific business needs, sales training and compliance training.

Job Requirements

  • College degree required. Preferably in IO psych or HR
  • 5-10 years relevant experience


  • Design and delivery of enterprise-wide manager and employee learning and development programs including delivery methods, materials and assessments.
  • Experience with the design and delivery of leadership development programs.
  • Consulting with HR Business partners and Line Managers to assess needs and identify gaps where learning might be a viable business solution.
  • Providing targeted programs and learning solutions to support specific enterprise-wide business initiatives, the roll-out of new technologies and address the needs of intact teams (change management, performance coaching, financial training, as examples) 
  • Experience with succession planning, talent review and assessment practices and onboarding programming helpful.
  • Working with local and potentially global LD, HR and Talent Management to evaluate and establish strategy and future direction of Learning & Development.

  • Expertise in content and instructional design, alternative delivery methods and organizational development
  • Exceptional facilitation skills, especially with more senior level audience
  • Excellent ability to foster and cultivate effective working relationships; collaborate with business leaders across the organization
  • Superb consultation skills necessary when working with business partners to assess needs and provide solutions
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management, analytical and research skills with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception through completion
  • Ability to recognize and focus on critical issues; can balance and respond to competing needs within the organization
  • 20% travel may be required as we are located across the US & CAN market
