Job Description

  • To develop integrated multi-channel B2B campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
  • To manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • To brief and oversee the work of external agencies in terms of deliverables, timelines and costs.
  • To manage and work within the budget.
  • To write, edit and proofread copy of promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
  • To ensure that BFS's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels, as well as ensure accuracy of marketing materials.
  • To deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPI's.
  • To maintain regular measurements of campaign ROI.
  • To make informed data-based decisions when developing new campaigns or when evaluating existing campaigns.
  • To ensure policies are implemented and aligned with the global business.
  • To present and promote internally and externally the commercial interests and values of BFS.

Great understanding of the BFS products and processes

  • Understands key features of the BFS products and provides insight to support and challenge as required


  • Bachelors degree level education, preferably in Business Studies
  • 3-5 years in managing marketing campaigns, including digital campaigns in the B2B segment (Financial Services Industry preferred) 
  • Experience in managing external agencies as well as internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commercially beneficial marketing campaigns on time and on budget. He/she must also demonstrate ability to engage with stakeholders throughout the business and be key in influencing and managing marketing activities as well as demonstrate a strong commercial acumen.
  • A driven individual who maximizes opportunities and achieves excellent results
  • Ability to think strategically, identifying and acting on key opportunities whilst being a practical and results focused individual
